I've been on a weight loss journey for a while now, and I’ve learned some valuable lessons along the way. It's been quite the adventure, full of ups and downs, and I've made plenty of mistakes. But, as they say, mistakes are the best teachers, and I've come to realize that some of the things I was doing were actually hindering my progress.
